Aditya Kasliwal studied Engineering Science at Oxford University and graduated with a first class master’s degree. He excelled in his final year project on drag reduction in aerofoils and became a world expert on riblet design. He led the development of a unique heat exchanger during his time working for DSG 3rd Way and went on to work in vehicle dynamics at McLaren Automotive. He was a member of the 2012 cohort of startup accelerator, Entrepreneur First, where he founded SpeakSet, a remote care service linking a health professional to their patient’s TV. SpeakSet has been built specifically for older people and works through the TV because this is the one piece of technology they're familiar with. Aditya is also a Board Member of the NHS HEKSS Innovation Programme, guiding all elements of the innovation programme to develop research and innovation in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
