Amee Chande was born in London, UK, but grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where she studied business and psychology at Simon Fraser University. She went on to do a masters at the London School of Economics and did an MBA at Harvard Business School. Ms Chande’s experience is wide ranging, including stints at Tesco, Walmart and McKinsey. Passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation within thriving organisations, she started working in London for Alibaba in 2015 and was appointed to the role of Managing Director responsible for Global Strategy & Operations in November 2016. Amee is also a board member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
