Aneeqa Khan is CEO at Eporta, a B2B marketplace for furniture and home furnishings listing over 700 brands. Eporta was founded in September 2014 and was backed by investors including Robin Klein (Index Ventures), Ed Wray (Betfair Founder), Simon Kain (Zoopla Founder), Guy Hands (Terra Firma Founder) and Rohan Backer (sofa.com Founder), amongst others. In April 2018, Eporta raised $8 million in Series A funding from five investors including Canvas Ventures, Oxford Capital Partners, LocalGlobe, Samos Investments and Talis Capital. Aneeqa began her career in private equity with Epic, Terra Firma Capital Partners and CVC Capital Partners, before becoming head of strategy at Zoopla, where she successfully oversaw the company’s IPO to achieve a roughly £1bn exit. She holds a Master's degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from The University of Oxford and was named in the Management Today ‘35 Women Under 35’ list in 2016.
