Angie Ma is an experimental physicist by training specialising in applied optics for biomedical applications. Today Angie is the COO at ASI, responsible for its day-to-day-operations, as well as running the ASI Data Science Fellowship programme. ASI is the EMEA-based leader in data innovation, data exploration, data science as a service, advanced analytics, predictive analytics and data engineering. She enables operational excellence through IT innovation, optimisation and automation. In addition to her senior management duties, Angie is heavily involved with the running of data science projects which span across a wide range of applications such as customer behaviour, drone technology, fashion and gaming. She holds a Master’s degree in Science from Imperial College London and a doctorate in Physics from University College London.
