Ankur Modi is the Co-Founder & CEO of StatusToday which was founded in May 2015. StatusToday is an employee insights platform that helps companies boost employee wellness and transform workplace productivity. With one-click, the platform provides unparalleled data-driven insights and customized reports. It's patent-pending system uses artificial Intelligence to map out key behavior patterns - eliminating the need of endless surveys and expensive consultancies. In May 2017, StatusToday won the 'Best AI StartUp' accolade at the AIConics awards at the AI Summit London. In February 2018, StatusToday raised $3.91 million to help companies understand their employees better. The seed round was led by LocalGlobe, Notion Capital and Firstminute capital.

Ankur holds a degree in Computer Science and Smart Systems from Jacobs University in Germany, as well as a Certificate in the field of Human Psychology from University of Oxford. Prior to StatusToday, he worked as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Microsoft, leading international data efforts behind several product launches. In 2017, he was listed as Forbes’ 30 under 30 in technology and became an Expert Adviser on AI to the Westminster Parliament. He has also been awarded Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts and Commerce.
