Arifa Khan is a Fintech expert, a seasoned banking & finance, strategy and operations executive based in the city of the London, with over 15 years experience in Investment banking, leveraged finance, debt products and credit. She is Managing Director of Genius Incubator and Founder of FinTech Storm, a series of monthly discussion events in London. Genius Incubator advises large companies on debt financing and restructuring, and growth & expansion strategy. Previously Arifa worked with Credit Suisse & UBS and has deep sector expertise in banking and financial services. She currently advises the Government of India on infrastructure financing.

Arifa has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, USA. She is also mathematically gifted, and has a B.Tech from IIT Madras in Chem Eng. During her stint in India with S&P (CRISIL), Arifa was a Ratings Manager for pharmaceuticals & healthcare, chemicals and IT.
