Born in Vietnam and educated in France during the Vietnam War, Christiane came to the UK at the age of 17. Always a self-starter, in 1979, she took a computer course to learn programming. It was the beginning of a rapid and successful career in IT and business. Her corporate exposure began with Savory Milln, where she quickly worked her way up, becoming head of IT. In 1994 she started her own IT services company, CWB Systems Ltd. Her unique ability to inspire trust and to solve big problems landed her assignments with all the major banks in the City. CWB experienced rapid growth of 100% year on year and in 2001, Christiane sold CWB to the French technology firm, Thales. Christiane is now a partner of the Principia Group which specialises in exceptional business advisory services. Today, Christiane's main activities are as Senior Business Advisor and troubleshooter to fast growing entrepreneurial firms. Examples of her projects include the review of 3i technology portfolio in 2003 to help rationalise investments; the restructuring of a VC backed company for resale and the restructuring of Misys Plc.
