Former private equity and investment banking professional Lin Feng is the Founder & CEO of DealGlobe, a company analytics and business "matchmaking" startup. DealGlobe provides an online platform whose primary focus is on small and medium sized enterprises with the aim of bridging the information gap between Europe and China. It serves three key functions, which are a big-data analytics tool, an online ‘matchmaking’ platform, and a range of traditional consulting services. Founded in July 2014, the company has offices in both London and Shanghai and is supported by UK Trade & Investment through Sirius program. Before establishing DealGlobe, Lin was an investment professional at Summit Partners, a $15bn global growth equity fund. Prior to Summit, he worked in M&A at UBS covering healthcare and at Merrill Lynch looking after industrials in London. Lin holds an MSc in Finance from ESCP Europe and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shanghai University. He is also the President of ACfPU, Association of Chinese Financial Professionals in UK, a leading Chinese professional association in the UK with 1,000+ members.
