Mark Perera is the Founder & CEO of Old St Labs in London which builds software that enables enterprises to forge deeper and more valuable relationships with their buyers and suppliers.

Formerly he was CEO & Founder of Procurement Leaders and the Procurement Intelligence Unit. The Procurement Leaders Network is a community of senior executives and directors from global 2000 and public sector organisations dedicated to driving best practices across procurement and sourcing. Mark is an advisor to FundedBuy, an invitation only marketplace and procurement platform for venture or angel backed companies and was previously an advisor to Oxygen Finance. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southampton and started his career as project manager at Personic Inc followed by 3 years as CTO for Parity.
