Rajesh Agrawal is an Indian-born fintech entrepreneur who is Founder and Chairman of sister companies RationalFX and Xendpay. He completed a Master of Business Administration degree at one of India's leading business schools, the Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore, before selling his motorbike for a one way ticket from India to the UK in 2001, and arriving with just £200 in his back pocket. Rajesh founded RationalFX along with Paresh Davdra in 2005 in a small office in Brighton providing foreign exchange and wire transfer services to individuals. In the same year, RationalFX launched UK's first online currency exchange system for private individuals at real time prices. Since starting up, RationalFX has transferred over $5 billion in payments and served over 20,000 private client and business customers. In 2012, Rajesh launched Xendpay – the world’s first free money transfer service. Supported by Jimmy Wales, Founder of Wikipedia, the company is revolutionising the money transfer industry.
