Rizwan Chand is currently CTO and Co-Founder of Vivid Technologies, a startup that is being accelerated by Microsoft Ventures London and BlackBox Connect (Google For Entrepreneurs). Vivid is building an innovative customer service mobile phone app that is going to revolutionise the way the public connect with contact centres using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology. A Computer Science Graduate (2005) from Staffordshire University, Rizwan also holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham (2011). He has over eight years programming, consultancy and project management experience working for companies such as Ali Cargo, E-Group and Active Web and a three year spell working as a web and social media consultant before co-founding Vivid Technologies in 2013.
