Will Shu co-founded Deliveroo, a technology company focused on marketing, selling and delivering restaurant meals to the household or office, in August 2012 with Greg Orlowski. Deliveroo operates its own fleet of delivery persons, partners with local restaurants and employs around 300 people in London and across Europe. The company has raised around $200 million from investment partners like DST Global, Accel Partners and Index Ventures, and is worth more than $600 million, based on its latest funding round in November 2015. With ambitious plans to grow internationally Deliveroo now operates in a dozen countries.

Prior to Deliveroo, Will worked as an analyst for SAC Capital and ESO Capital. Previously, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He received an MBA from Wharton (2012) and BA from Northwestern University (2001).
