Dr Abdullah Albeyatti is the CEO and Co-Founder of Medicalchain and MyClinic. Medicalchain is a company that uses blockchain technology to store health records securely. Medicalchain aims to empower patients and create a more comprehensive healthcare experience by allowing patients to share their records with whomever they choose. Dr Albeyatti also founded MyClinic - a telemedicine company used in over 78 countries around the world. Dr Albeyatti graduated from Imperial College London as a doctor in 2011 and started his medical career as a surgical trainee in London before moving onto GP Specialty Training. He continues to practice as a GP and is the Chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners - Yorkshire Faculty. Prior to co-founding Medicalchain, Dr Albeyatti founded Discharge Summary, an application used in hospitals to produce accurate and reliable discharge summaries.
