Ajay Mehta
Ajay Mehta is the Co-Founder and Director of em4, a social enterprise based in the UK that works with funders and investors to strengthen the capacities and capabilities of their grantees and partners globally to help them achieve greater sustainability and provide greater returns on investments through increased social impact and effectiveness. Using digital and non digital methods for learning and development it helps to deliver transformative and institutional growth. He is also the founder of Ki-Rin, a social enterprise that engages with leaders in the social impact sector to increase their personal impact. Ajay is an organisational development specialist supporting the growth and sustainability of civil society organisations. He is a Non-Executive Director at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; Head of The Chalker Foundation which supports health and community programmes in Africa, focusing on the creation of strategic partnerships between businesses and charities; and he is a Trustee at Hounslow Arts Trust in London. Ajay holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and an MBA from Kingston University.
