Ali Ahmed is Founder & CEO of Lutebox, an award winning London based startup that makes patented video communication technology. Winner of the Startup Games, Seedcamp finalists, and Lisbon Challenge finalists, Lutebox lets people voice chat over photos, and be more expressive and visual with their chats by putting a face to every message. The company has also developed patented technology for enterprise offerings in the social TV and social shopping spaces. An economics graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Ali completed a Masters in Advanced Marketing Management from the University of Lancaster and started his career at Unilever working as an Assistant Brand Manager on the $50 m brand, Brooke Bond Supreme. A stint at GroupOn UK & Ireland and a year spent consulting and advising startups like Tripster, spurred Ali to found Lutebox in 2011.
