Alick Varma is the Founder and Chairman of Osper, a company which educates children to manage money responsibly. Osper offers a safe MasterCard prepaid debit card with a simple mobile banking app with separate logins for young people and parents and is designed in the principle of learning by doing. Osper has raised $11.22M from investors including Index Ventures. Alick previously worked at McKinsey and Spotify, and also trained to be a maths teacher. He holds a BSc degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy & Organisation from the University of Cambridge, where he was awarded a scholarship.
