Alpesh Doshi is Founder & CEO of Fintricity, a company specialising in helping enterprises leverage the application of big data solutions and technology. His career started over 20 years ago within the financial services, telecoms, and media and entertainment industries working on implementing business-driven IT solutions. His big data and analytics experience stems from working with enterprises to develop their big data strategy and architecture, helping clients see the value in their data in their enterprise, creating operating models, and managing the build and delivery of solutions across a number of verticals. An MEng (Hons), Computer Systems and Software Engineering graduate from the University of York he started his career as an analyst developer and has worked at Barclays. Commerzbank, Rabobank, and UBS before co-founding Fintricity in 2001. In 2008, he also co-founded Redcliffe Capital, a boutique consulting and investment firm. He regularly participates as Chair, Panellist and Speaker at conferences on Big Data and Analytics.
