Anas Nader
Dr Anas Nader is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Patchwork Health, a healthtech start-up on a mission to unleash the power of flexible working to solve the global healthcare workforce crisis.Patchwork has raised a total of £27.7M in funding over 5 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on Aug 10, 2022 from a Series B round, and the company has grown to 100+ employees with their solution embedded in 30+ NHS hospital sites across the country. Prior to Patchwork he worked in the NHS as a doctor and Darzi Fellow in Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust. During his fellowship he was given responsibility for medical temporary staffing, which served as the inspiration for Patchwork Health. Prior to Patchwork he was a medical illustrator and web developer, creating the popular platform ECG Made Simple during his medical studies. He holds a BSc in Physiology and a Masters in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) from the University of Toronto; a Bachelor's in Medicine and a Bachelor's in Surgery (MBBS) from Imperial College London. From 2004 - 2017, he collaborated with a team of cardiologists in Canada to author, design and develop a medical educational digital solution.
