Aya Suzuki is a Partner & Head of Operations at Goddess Gaia Ventures which aims to be the first women-centred healthcare fund in Europe building a £100M venture fund that will invest in tech, products and solutions that cater towards the service of women’s healthcare needs in health, wellness and femtech. Aya passionately believes in the mental and physical health of women and brings her enthusiasm into Goddess Gaia Ventures’ fast-moving growth journey.

Aya is a Debt Capital Markets professional with 12 years of deal execution, business development and client relationship management experience at UBS Investment Bank in London and Tokyo. She was most recently responsible for origination, distribution and execution of private placements for a broad range of institutional clients worldwide and has extensive experience delivering cross-border solutions for her clients. She is bilingual in English and Japanese. Aya holds a BA in Economics from Waseda University, Japan.
