Bao-Y Van Cong is an Investment Director at Target Global, a €1.5bn AUM international investment firm with offices in Berlin (HQ), London, Tel Aviv & Moscow and investing into European & Israeli tech companies. She focuses on venture capital investments at Series A,B & C stage and works with portfolio companies Zoovu, Crisp.nl, Elopage as well as McMakler. Prior to joining Target Global's London team, Bao-Y worked for Morgan Stanley’s mergers & acquisitions team in London and Sydney, advising corporates in the TMT / financial institutions and industrial sector. Bao-Y started her career in Germany, working for the retail bank Postbank before moving to London. Bao-Y holds an MSc. in Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc. in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
