Candice Lo is Venture Partner at Moonfire Ventures, a new venture exploring early stage investing opportunities in Europe, which raised a total of $60M in a single venture fund, Moonfire Ventures Fund I on May 6, 2021. An operator turned investor with experience investing in Seed and Series A start-ups, Candice was previously a partner at Blossom Capital investing in entrepreneurs across Europe. Prior to that she joined Uber in 2012 working across Asia, China and EMEA. Over the five years at Uber, she split her time between operations and business leadership. Candice spent three years in China, until Uber’s exit in 2016. She led expansion, people, product growth and regional operations, growing a team of 150 as Uber built and scaled the business across 200 cities. After Uber China merged with Didi Chuxing, Candice moved to EMEA to focus on enterprise sales, partnerships and corporate development. She holds a BA degree in Finance from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA.
