Charlotte Walker-Osborn
Charlotte Walker-Osborn is a Partner and the international head of technology sector for global law-firm Eversheds Sutherland. She has specialised in technology and telecoms law since 1999, including time on secondment to Cisco Systems. She has significant expertise leading traditional technology/outsourcing projects and bleeding-edge digital, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence and Additive Manufacturing projects, with an additional focus on cyber law. Charlotte has been a British Computer Society-Information Security Specialist Group committee member since 2001. Charlotte acts for more than 10% of the FTSE 100 and various global companies headquartered throughout the world as well as a number of start-ups and scale-ups. She regularly helps clients with strategic negotiations as well as helping them develop new procurement and sales templates. She is ranked a Band One technology lawyer in Chambers UK. She was the Global Sourcing Association's Legal Advisor of the Year (UK) 2017. Charlotte led an Internet of Things deal in 2018 which won 'Highly Commended' for TMT Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2018 and has been nominated for 4 other awards in 2018 and 2019.
