Charmain Allen
Charmain Allen is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. In this capacity, she works with the academic leadership team to develop and deliver the business school’s long-term strategy, policies and strategic initiatives. She is responsible for the direction and coordination of the organisation; and responsible for leading the business school’s operations and services with the aim of aligning financial and business metrics to enhance business strategy and deliver sustainable growth of the Cambridge Judge Business School. She is a COO with significant experience of leadership, financial strategy and planning, business transformation and development within the private and public sectors. Her proven and exemplary track record in Operations, Customer Service, Financial Planning and Analysis, Talent Management, Change Management and Innovation is based on her repeatedly achieving profitable growth through continuous process improvement. Since training as a chartered accountant in the audit function at Ernst and Young in London, Charmain has held senior roles in the UK, Singapore and Australia in organisations such as PA Consulting and Philips International B.V.
