Chelsea Chen is the co-founder of Emotech Ltd, one of the world's first tech companies dedicated to exploring proactivity and multimodality in AI. The innovative products include multilingual AI avatar solutions, Multimodal AI English teaching assistant, and lip-sync AI for VFX. Emotech has empowered the tourism, education, and smart city industries globally. Chelsea with the team has won 4 CES Awards, London Business Award, and Unesco Tech4all Award. Chelsea is also the founding team member of UNESCO AI CENTER and the Co-chair of Tech London Advocates China.

Chelsea was invited to the BBC One Documentary 'Invented in London', Cannes Lions, Merge, and TechCrunch Women in Tech where she shared her insights as a woman entrepreneur. She was awarded the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech, and also the Top 5 in the Creative Industries. She was recognized as the No.8 most influential BAME Leaders in Tech in the UK. Chelsea holds a Master's degree in Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths, University of London.
