CEO - CyberOwl

Daniel NG is CEO at CyberOwl, an early warning system for cyber-physical attacks. The technology, based on research shortlisted for the Lloyd's Science of Risk Prize 2015, is aimed at addressing the challenges of increasingly anonymous and persistent threats to connected industrial systems, particularly in the utilities and maritime sectors. CyberOwl was selected as part of the first cohort of the GCHQ Cyber Accelerator Programme, was a finalist of the Cyber Security Awards and DCMS' Most Innovative Small Cyber Security Company of the Year. A graduate of The University of Manchester, Daniel worked at KPMG, most recently as Associate Director of the Strategy Group, prior to setting up CyberOwl. He is also Chair of the Working Group at the IoT Security Foundation.
