Divya Bhatnagar is the Co-Founder & CTO of the Medical Intelligence Group which is currently focused on two key areas: using AI and computer vision to drive down ulcer prevalence across people with diabetes and using proprietary algorithms to aid those suffering from tinnitus. Growing up in Edinburgh, Divia Bhatnagar always had a love for technology and innovation. After completing an MSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester, she moved to London, joining and scaling start-ups and sparking her passion for entrepreneurship. Today, in her role as CTO at Medical Intelligence Group, Divia is developing an advanced remote patient monitoring tool that will improve outcomes for people with diabetic foot ulcers, the innovative system uses 3D technology to render a lifelike imitation of the foot for clinicians to assess remotely. Divia was one of the Innovate UK Women in Innovation 2022/23 award winners, joining a cohort of 50 female entrepreneurs each given £50,000 to scale their innovative idea.
