Helen Xiaoqin Ma is Founder of AnTeam, an innovative start-up aimed at reducing the carbon emissions from the transport sector that won a Department for Transport Technology Research And Innovation Grant in 2020. She has also Co-founded a start-up business and led the software development of a dual-facing digital platform to enhance customer experience in the industry as well as to minimise the industry’s carbon footprint.

Helen is passionate about Digitalisation, IoT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, her technical expertise includes sensor technology, signal processing, condition monitoring, data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive maintenance. She has worked in the development and deployment of such technologies in the energy, aerospace, automotive and manufacturing sectors, resulting in multiple international patents.
