Dr. Ishani Patel is a grass-roots GP and Co-founder of Lantum, a workforce platform for NHS organisations to find clinicians and non clinical health professionals as well as building digital staff banks for primary care networks and integrated care systems across the UK. Ishani is also the NW London Digital First clinical lead for the NHS championing the use of technologies to improve patient and healthcare organisation experiences and drive operational efficiencies. During the pandemic Lantum was a delivery partner for many primary care networks and hospitals to stand up covid clinics and vaccination centres in record time. She qualified with an MBBS from King’s College, London and is an alumni member at the Harvard Macy Institute for leadership and innovation in medicine and medical education.
