She is the Founder & CEO of Tapoly, the first on-demand insurance platform for the gig economy in Europe, as seen in the Top 100 European Fintech Awards 2017. A Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and former investment banking professional, she worked for ECM Asset Management Limited, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and UBS before setting up Tapoly in 2016. Janthana is also the co-author of the InsurTECH Book.
