Jay is an entrepreneur, investor, and Managing Director of Block Dojo, a blockchain incubator that scales up 30 startups per year. He previously worked as an MBB heavy industries consultant and has raised over £3.1m of startup funding in 2022.  He has over 10+ years of experience as a former startup founder, spent many years at leading, tier-1 strategy firms working with their venture units, digital innovation and emerging & disruptive technologies teams. Jay spent a majority of his time across McKinsey & Boston Consulting Group leading the commercial functions within the Oil & Gas divisions, incubating bleeding-edge technologies and generating vast revenues.  Jay has also a solid track record as angel investor and is Board advisor to multiple startups. He is also closely embedded with leading startup incubators and accelerators and venture capital firms such as Kickstart Global, the UK Business Angels Association and a Venture Partner for SNGLR.vc.
