Jaysri 'Jay' Thangam is an investor at Fund F by Female Founders, investing in pre-seed startups with gender-diverse founding teams in ClimateTech, FemTech, HealthTech, FinTech & HR Tech. She is also Founder of The Audacity Project, a podcast run by 2 women as a passion project. This podcast tries to explore the status of women in everyday life through the lens of feminism. It tries to look at everyday occurrences, stories and anecdotes and give power to these voices and amplify them. Jay is an investor, investment consultant on fintech strategy and growth equity investments and a mentor focussed on supporting women. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Anna University, India; completed a Young India Fellowship in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Ashoka University, India and holds an MBA gained at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
