Jeffrey Ng is the Chief Scientific Officer and Managing Director for the AI Sector at Founders Factory, the London-based tech accelerator co-founded by Brent Hoberman and Henry Lane-Fox, which has made 97 investments to date. Jeffrey holds a PhD in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from Queen Mary University of London and spent 7 years reverse-engineering the human visual cortex at Imperial College. He has co-founded two AI startups raising in aggregate more than £70 million, one of which has exited and the other is a London unicorn. He ran technology, AI and product teams as CTO and subsequently advised many companies from medical imaging startups to social fashion platforms to big digital transformation companies. He has more than 50 scientific publications and is an author on 4 granted patents.
