Jing Jing Xu is a Partner at Fuel Ventures (FV), a leading early-stage investor in technology companies in the UK. Fuel Ventures has a unique approach to investing in early-stage globally scalable marketplaces, platforms, software (SaaS) and transactional technologies. Fuel has 47 portfolio companies and named the top 10 early-stage VCs in the UK. Jing leads FV's international investments, business development as well as fundraising and investor relations – including closing funding from Zhong Guan Cun, China's Silicon Valley. In 2018, she was awarded " Venture Capital New Star" by Hurun Report. She is also a consultant on the main board of a listed company (OBOR) based in London leading their global acquisition deals. Previously, Jing was Head of China for InvestUK – a UK investment firm specialising in facilitating FDI by helping international private clients invest in the UK. Jing successfully introduced 30+ FDIs into UK private enterprises worth £400m+.  Jing was also an entrepreneur and founded two schools in China with 200+ students in progressive learning and delivered Cambridge International Education accredited A-Level courses. Jing holds a Masters in Legal Management and Finance and B.B.A in Marketing.
