Joel Gujral is 29 years old and the Founder & CEO of mental health platform MYNDUP which is stopping the "one size fits all" approach to mental health by offering live 1-1 video sessions across the entire mental health spectrum: Therapy, Counselling, Life & Career Coaching and Mindfulness & Meditation. Joel started the company with £105 and grew it to a £25m business in 3 years raising £5m of funding along the way from angel investors. MYNDUP is now servicing 50,000 employees across 4 continents with some of the world's most established brands like Dentons, Savills, The Prince's Trust and CVC.  Joel founded MYNDUP in April 2019 after his own mental health struggles whilst working at a global finance company and set up MYNDUP to help others who were struggling to access the right support. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Banking, Finance and Management from Loughborough University; is a certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner having achieved Master status with the The Academy of Modern Psychology.
