Jon Gill is a partner in Eversheds Sutherlands’ Corporate team specialising in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions in the TMT sector. Jon advises business angel, venture capital and strategic corporate investors on equity investments across the full lifecycle, from seed to Series A, through to later stage growth rounds and exit. He also specialises in Emerging Company Advisory work, advising entrepreneurs and high growth companies on financing rounds and M&A, and co-ordinating the provision of the wider legal services needed as they scale both in the UK and globally. Jon has been ranked by Chambers & Partners for the last four years, where he is described as “extremely strong technically” and “a strong lawyer with good commercial sense”. He holds a MSc in Entrepreneurship (Distinction) from the University of Bristol, and is the author of “Business Law for the Entrepreneur”.
