Judy Kawaguchi is a global technology executive with a track record of leading large-scale organisations through disruptive change and is the Founder of eCubed, a social enterprise, with the mission to Engage, Empower, and End Violence across London. With with a proven 20-year track record in the FinTech sector in the delivery of complex, business-critical programs, she has held various CIO/head of technology roles working and living in Asia, US, and Europe, including at Refinitiv where she was the Global Head, Programme Delivery & Enablement, leading all cross-technology programmes globally as they embarked on their large-scale transformation and modernisation journey. Refinitiv was acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group on 1 Feb 2021 and Judy is now Global Chief Information Officer - Global Operations & Automation at HSBC, London. Judy also has a passion for change outside of her workplace. She is the Founder of eCubed, raising unrestricted funding for local non-profit organisations such as Solace Women’s Aid, with an aim to build safer lives and strong futures free from sexual and domestic violence.
