Kamran Rashid is the Co-Founder & CEO of Impact Hub, Bradford, a hub for social innovation in the city, offering programmes, community and workspace to the city’s innovators. As CEO, Kamran's current focus is on scaling up Impact Hub Bradford to drive the development of new programmes of support, convening new events as well as growing our membership and contributing local perspectives to the global Impact hub network.

A visionary social innovator and compassionate leader in the third sector, noted for work across the voluntary, social enterprise, non-profit, diversity & inclusion and public sector ecosystems, Kamran is also the Founding Director and owner of The Socially Conscious Company (SoCo), a privately incorporated training and consultancy company, specialising in youth culture, diversity & inclusion and convening. The company has successfully engaged and trained over 12,500 young people. Clients include EFL Trust, Red Bull Amaphiko and UnLtd.

Kamran's recent achievements include curating and producing a large scale TEDxBradford event around social innovation; leading a consortium to secure £6.6m investment into the city’s voluntary sector; bringing Red Bull’s Amaphiko social enterprise academy to Bradford and leading the hosting of OpenIftar Bradford public community events.
