Kevin Withane is the Founder of Diversity X, a community, venture capital fund and ecosystem focused on supporting under-estimated founders who are trying to make a positive impact on the world. He also has roles as a corporate lawyer, an independent non-executive director of various private companies, and sits on the advisory boards of startups. He is an Advisory Board Member of Octillion Capital Partners, a London based search fund that looks to identify, acquire and manage the operational activities of scalable/stable e-commerce businesses owned by diverse founders and an Advisory Board Member at Candidate X, a community-driven movement to accelerate equality in the workplace. Kevin has invested in a number of startups including NowtoVow, The Choral Hub, Clim8 Invest, AllPlants and Deciwatt, among others. He is also host of the Cocktail Leadership podcast.
