Maggie Berry is the Executive Director for Europe for WEConnect International, an organisation she joined in December 2012. She has lead responsibility for the management, leadership and development of WEConnect Europe and her role involves developing corporate and public sector support as well as growing and developing the database and network of registered and certified women business owners across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining WEConnect International, she ran the Women in Technology, an online job board, recruitment and networking forum for women working in the technology profession in the UK. Maggie was honoured by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2012 and is Freeman of the Information Technologists' Company.

Maggie's background is in technology recruitment within the financial services, she spent four years as a recruiter with McGregor Boyall Associates. Before this, she worked for NatWest as a Graduate Banking Manager, providing financial advice to final year university students and graduates. She graduated from the University of East Anglia in 1997.
