Mehool Sanghrajka’s life’s work has two intertwined strands. Firstly, as Founder and CEO of Learning Possibilities, a global award-winning social enterprise that has won national contracts on three continents and today focuses on improving the life chances of over 30 million learners. The Company designs and distributes a platform for education which enables users to acquire the digital and language life skills necessary to ensure they have access to today’s technology-rich society. Secondly, as the Managing Trustee of the apex body of the Jain community, he is dedicated to ensuring that Jainism is a recognised major faith, and the approximately 60,000 Jains in the UK have the representation they deserve in British society. 

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Mehool has many years of first-hand experience of starting and building SMEs that have worked with governments in the UK as well as in developing and emerging markets. These have been leading edge businesses with disruptive and transformative solutions for education. His last two businesses were acquired by UK FTSE250 companies, which has made him a skilled Managing Director and Chairman. Over the past twenty years, working in partnership with the public sector has moulded Mehool into a tenacious and skilled negotiator, working to balance the needs of communities and other stakeholders in both his strands of work. 

In the 2018 New Year’s Honours List, Mehool was awarded an MBE for services to Education and the Jain Faith.
