Monica Kalia is the Founder of Neyber, a provider of financial employee benefits who enable employees to reduce borrowing costs with access to affordable loans integrated with payroll - all at no cost to the employer. Over half a million people already have access to the Neyber community. Through its affordable rates, Neyber delivered an effective 5% pay rise to its existing borrowers saving them 20% on monthly debt repayments and successfully reducing their outstanding debts.

Monica has a long background in banking, running the European Banks equity research team at Goldman Sachs. Her strategic approach has enabled her to identify the solution the market needs to revolutionise personal finance and help drive access to fair finance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from LSE and a CPE in Law from the College of Law, Guildford.
