Nikita is the Co-Founder & CEO of Included VC, an organisation dedicated to creating opportunities for underrepresented individuals in venture capital, with a focus on sustainable, long-term change.
As the driving force behind Included VC, Nikita leads the pioneering fully funded Fellowship, providing access and support for individuals to build successful careers in venture capital. Under her leadership, Included VC has attracted applicants from 150 nationalities and over 600 cities globally. The Fellowship has achieved remarkable success, with over 85% of actively seeking Fellows breaking into the global VC ecosystem across 20 countries.

Nikita is also the founder of RISEInVC, a ground-breaking global VC summit focused on empowering underrepresented communities. Before starting Included VC, Nikita led Imperial College London's entrepreneurship efforts, where she spearheaded deep science ventures, fostering innovation and sustainability in areas such as water, new materials, robotics, energy, and MedTech. Her teams have collectively raised over $50m. Nikita was most recently recognised as Management Today's ‘35 under 35’ and Top 5 in Business within the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2022.
