Dr Noukhez Ahmed is Managing Director & Co-Founder of Twin Dynamics, a technology company that offers smart building solutions to help make buildings healthier and greener. Twin Dynamics precisely tracks indoor air quality, ventilation, airflow, thermal distribution and aerosol transmission in real-time. Twin Dynamics assesses the annual HVAC energy expenditures and carbon emissions and provides a solution to reduce the energy bills and emissions without compromising human comfort and air quality. It offers a user-friendly platform that combines the power of simulations and IoT devices with machine learning algorithms to enable Sustainability Executives, HR Professionals, Facility Managers and Estate Owners to improve the healthiness of their buildings.  Noukhez holds a Bachelor's (BEng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, both from The University of Huddersfield. He taught mechanical engineering modules to undergraduate students at the University of Huddersfield for several years before developing an enhanced dynamic database of brownfield sites across the Black Country as a Research Associate at the University of Wolverhampton.
