Pal Bhusate is the CEO and Founder of Kinseed Ltd, a health-tech company that aims to bring the benefits of modern IT and Digital Transformation to everyone in healthcare. Kinseed’s solutions are designed with Healthcare Professionals to improve access to patient care through remote monitoring. With over 45 hospitals across the UK (including Great Ormond Street Children’s hospital) now using Kinseed’s Swiftcare solution, Pal and her team are improving patient outcomes through enabling faster expert guidance and decision support to Acute Care Units. They have recently been recognised by Small Business Research Innovation (SBRI) Healthcare for pioneering MedTech innovations in this space and chosen by the Department of Trade and Industry to be part of the #Beyond100 Playbook; a UK-based Innovator’s List showcasing ground breaking technologies. Prior to Kinseed, Pal completed her PhD in Chemistry at Imperial College London and spent several years in the Energy and Telecoms sectors including 12 years at Vodafone, where she held roles as COO Vodafone India and Global Head of Online experiences.
