Rajeev Nayyar is Managing Director of Fixflo, property management software that streamlines the repairs process. Fixflo has led a quiet revolution in the way landlords and tenants arrange and manage property repairs with over 4,000 letting agency offices in the UK using the service, pushing through over 60,000 repairs a month through the service. A former property lawyer in England and New Zealand, Fixflo sparked in Rajeev’s mind in 2012 when he suffered the pain of property repair management as a tenant in New Zealand while managing properties in London. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Oxford and trained as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells before stints at Travers Smith and Russell Mcveagh.
