Ravi Janapureddy is the Co-Founder & CEO at Resony Health, a UK based digital health business improving access to affordable and effective mental health care. Ravi studied Computer Science engineering in India followed by M.S from the University of Bremen, Germany. He had a successful corporate career as a product leader and management consultant at Capgemini Consulting leading projects across domains including telecommunication, financial services, and retail. In this capacity, he consulted for leading organisations such as Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, and UBS during his residence in Germany. Driven by a personal experience with burnout, he left his corporate career and started building businesses with a social impact.  Ravi came to the UK in 2017 to do his MBA from the University of Oxford.  After that, he joined Zinc VC, the venture-builder in London as an entrepreneur in residence, building start-ups in the area of mental health. He founded Resony Health in 2019 with the idea of using technology to improve access to evidence-based mental health support. Resony successfully brought a regulated medical device for anxiety to the UK market, created scientific validation and secured investment from investors including the Pharmaceutical giant Bayer AG. They are creating further digital treatments for depression and sleep issues. The company was awarded multiple Innovate UK government grants and is supported by entities such as Barclays Eagle Labs, MedCity and TechNation.
