Rishi is the co-founder of Incube Space, where he is on a mission to reimagine the built world and transform it from a major contributor of carbon emissions; to a central solution to the climate change crisis. They do this by making circular products that reduce waste across the lifecycle of a buildings use. Specifically, Incube does this by marrying technology and hardware to create Cubes; smart modular walls that drastically cut embodied carbon emissions of a fit-out and make spaces adaptable by design. Rishi hopes that Incube can help transform the industry by rethinking the model to make sustainability and adaptability more affordable and therefore viable for commercial property owners and tenants.

Having launched Cubes with Bosch in 2020 during the pandemic, Incube is looking to build on the accelerated trends and support the industry in sustainably maximising the use of existing spaces, repurposing spaces to meet local needs and build in resilience. Rishi grew Incube out of his previous businesses which supports the growth of startups and corporate innovation. He also advises startup growth programmes and accelerators globally.
