Dr Saritha Arunkumar has 18 years of experience in the cyber security space with deep technical expertise in security design, solutions, architecture and governance, and has become an expert and advisor on emerging solutions for identity and access Management (IAM), IoT Security, Biometrics and BlockChain. Her current role as a Security Leader at IBM UK includes a first of its kind cloud & blockchain project within the financial sector (9 banks across Europe) to form a digital trade finance platform. Previously she acted as Security Specialist for ITA, a research alliance between UK MOD, the US Army Research Lab and industry partners. She is a key contributor of the Biometrics Standards body SC37 and is the Fellow of British Computer Society (BCS). Saritha has a PhD in Mobile Security and an MBA in Operations Management.
