Stuart Hillston
Stuart Hillston is a well-established mentor & coach in the London entrepreneurial community. He started his working life as a software developer, rapidly moving into sales as a co-founder of a start-up and building that business in the USA (4 years) and Japan (2 years). He founded several web & software start-ups before joining a $4Bn NASDAQ Company at the end of the 1990s. Stuart left after being made redundant and gave a year to two charities before making the transition into professional investing. He ran a family office, an AIM listed investment business and a small fund in the City of London.
Since 2008 Stuart has been guiding start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs by providing mentoring and coaching services to over 15 accelerators, teaching at several leading business schools (including CASS and Imperial) and acting as a NED or Board Advisor to high growth companies. He was recently elected to the 2016 Maserati 100 which recognises entrepreneurs who have given their time to support the next generation of entrepreneurs and new business ventures.
