Tribeni Chougule currently heads up Change Management in Visa for Finance in Europe, where she's managing a portfolio of integration projects. Prior to this role, Tribeni led the technology innovation team in Visa's London Innovation Centre. In her 7 years career in Visa, Tribeni has delivered Agile transformations and managed multiple complex programmes and projects during and post-merger of Visa Europe and Visa Inc. She is  currently pursuing her executive MBA from WBS, London where her project proposal is to look at how organisations in the financial services industry  can innovate responsibly using fair and unbiased AI when the workforce in the sector has a low diversity.

Passionate about inclusion of diversity and social impact, Tribeni is the co-chair of  Visa's Women in Technology Europe network and a member of the techUK Skills and Diversity Council. She is a Cherie Blair foundation Women in business mentor alumnus. AI APPG task force member and a Women in Payments mentor.
